Kate Andrews is a multidisciplinary Shakespeare practitioner specialising in directing, performance and education. With 10,000 hours and 11 years of practice, Kate has worked on all of Shakespeare’s 38 plays across acting and directing, with collaborators including the RSC, Shakespeare North Playhouse and National Theatre Studio. Her work is driven by a commitment to making Shakespeare accessible across performance, education and production.

Kate works across every facet of Shakespeare, creating original work, performing in industry-leading productions, helping bring shows  to audiences, touring in a van and improving mental health in schools, prisons and rehabs using his plays. She holds a Royal Shakespeare Company/University of Birmingham Advanced Certificate in Teaching Shakespeare and regularly trains the next generation of actors in UK drama schools.
