Worlds Elsewhere: Shakespeare for the Many
Director
Kate is the Artistic Director of Worlds Elsewhere: Shakespeare for the Many. Their work combines razor-sharp wit with immediacy, listening and presence, specialising in classic stories as a Trojan horse for contemporary issues. She is particularly interested in anti-disciplinary, generative and radical ways of working with classics & is represented by Gabrielle Dawes at The Production Exchange.
Writer
An experienced writer, Kate's work spans contemporary Shakespeare adaptations, political op-ed pieces for outlets including Hollywood Progressive & The Attic on Eighth, and TV writers' rooms. She is currently developing an original TV comedy drama, and is a 2025/6 Bi + Writers' Fellow with Re-Write The Bi-Line.

Actor Training
Kate teaches Shakespeare to BA, MA and Study Abroad students as a visiting director at the world's top conservatoires, including ArtsEd, LAMDA, and the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, approaching classical text through First Folio and cue-based practice, consent, embodiment & neuroaffirming methods.
